My moving team was extremely professional and courteous. They did break one of my large flower pots accidentally and said that I would be hearing from someone to either come out and fix it or to have it replaced, however I have yet to hear from anyone...

It was good. I thought they were a little slow but not too bad. I lost a bolt for a treadmill but I’m not sure I can blame the movers. Overall good, if it was one hour less I would have been very happy.

The movers were very friendly, however, they completely ruined our brand-new oak floors. Two Men and a Truck offered to repair them, but offered no discount or reimbursement for moving costs. Considering the inconvenience to me (having to take days off work to deal with flooring people), I would expect to at least be partially reimbursed for moving costs.

The movers were less than professional. They kept quoting me two hours extra just about every hour and ran the clock for personal gain. I have a one bedroom apartment and it took them from 8am until Saturday morning until 1am Sunday morning to move a one bedroom apartment from Jacksonville to Orlando. I moved from a 2nd floor unit to a 3rd floor until. Both buildings have a elevator. They also broke a custom made dining room chair and scratched a lot furniture.

Your drivers stole money from me. I called the front office but I haven't received a phone call back. Worst experience. Than after they stole from (which at that point I didn't know) they asked me for a tip as if they didn't just steal from me.

My only concern is that some wood flooring got scratched. I think it was from the bottom of a hand dolly. It happens, however the crews should use extra care when encountering wood floors, as some floors will scratch easier than others. A training opportunity. Other than that the guys (Robert and Chase) were great, worked hard, and were very respectful. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck, and Robert and Chase to anyone who is in need.

Overall move was great. However, I later discovered that a wheel from my under the bed shelf was torn off in the moving process, and the headboard was loosened.

I chose Two Guys and a Truck because Haley was the most courteous person on the phone in the Jacksonville office! Also, it was the only company that didn’t deliver a week+ after pick up.

From the first call to the last good bye as the truck was pulling out, I was totally satisfied with your operation. I called Haley several times (which I'm sure she thought I was crazy) and every time she was nothing but polite and professional. Then the move started and I can't tell you enough about the service I got from Robert & Israel. They were both great to work with and were very polite. They make a great team. Overall, the entire experience was great and I will certainly tell any of my friends that need a mover.

Jacob Bradley and Justin Swann did a fantastic job with my small move (boxes and a few pieces of furniture). They were prompt, polite, professional, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Would definitely recommend the company based on my experience with these two guys. :)
