I was told that tools for general assembly/disassembly would be on hand by the team, however I had to go get a basic allen wrench set from Lowe's mid-move, which made the move take longer to complete. And since it's based off an hourly rate, it drove up my overall rate since things couldn't be disassembled until I went to the store and came back.

Excellent service. Professionally managed and delivered a high quality experience. Movers were polite and efficient. They managed time and worked diligently. They were careful and polite. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you.

The team that moved us was very polite and worked very hard. These guys had no problem fulfilling any requests for placing items where we wanted them to go. They even got done earlier than expected saving us a lot of money. All 3 young guys were so respectful and great to deal with. I think they had a new guy that had been there one day and he seemed to fit right in. Thanks guys!

Rich and Matt did an exceptional job moving my home items. They took care on all my items and NOTHING was damaged. Kudos to Rich and Matt.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional. The 2 movers were both great to deal with and very efficient.

I have already talked with the office team. The two men on the move were very inexperienced and did not demonstrate effective or proper use of protecting furniture, stairs, and walls from gouges and scratches. I had to push for padding of furniture and pads on the floor with shoes and tools. An attitude problem with one of the gents as he did not want to take direction & need further training.

3 great guys. Worked very hard getting some heavy stuff moved from 2 locations to the new house. Never took a break. A few little nicks along the way and found some marks on the newly painted walls. Otherwise a 5 star experience.

Chad & Josh were very professional and did a really a GREAT job! Friendly, Efficient and Accommodating.

A great moving experience. Kristen in the office was friendly and stayed in contact with me. The movers, Justin and T.J., were friendly and quick with the move. They were dedicated to the job and were also personal which was nice. Nothing was damaged and that made sure everything was where it needed to go. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience. The two men were prompt and very careful while handling items.
