The experience wasn’t good, the furniture was damaged and also the wall in the apartment while moving the furniture inside. I called the office and they told me that they were going to open a claim and they will contact me. Nobody called me anymore. The guy didn’t explain very well the policy and the insurance. They were lazy, they weren’t able to ride the truck easily. Also the previous time I used two men and a truck they damaged a furniture but I didn’t complain at that time because I would like to keep a good relationship with you. As you know I am a loyal customer.

Great experience! Workers arrived early loaded truck promptly and placed all items in my new home exactly as I requested.

With my initial inquiry and dealing with Annie I was impressed. The movers were exceptional: professional, timely, courteous, pleasant and seemed truly interested in their work and doing the best job possible. The only suggestion or critique has to do with the gentleman that called to confirm. I wished it would have been Annie as she was so pleasant and caring. This fellow never introduced himself and seemed to be in such a hurry to get off of the phone that it struck me as a totally different experience. Then when the movers came they were unaware that they were supposed to return one item from the locale to where I stored the items moved. Annie was well aware but the movers were not informed. I believe it was the same man as they mentioned that "He didn't tell us".

I used two men & a truck before and they were great! It was a different city though, so I wasn’t sure I would receive the same quality of service & team.
Needless to say, they were amazing! From coordinating the move with Julian thru moving all my furniture and placing it exactly where I wanted everything. Terri, Eli and Pierre went above and beyond with their attention to detail and professionalism. Being stress free during a move is priceless. I will definitely use them again as well as refer them.
