We "just" went into the second hour and was charged an entire hour instead of the charges being prorated.

Office staff and movers were friendly and helpful. The two gentlemen who performed the move were excellent.

My only hesitation in giving everything a 5 star rating is the quoted price was significantly higher than I anticipated.
