The scheduler on the phone was professional & pleasant. Everything she said would take place, did. Two very nice men showed up on time, introduced themselves, asked to see everything I wanted moved, and promptly got to work. They were careful of my home (no dinged walls) and courteous when I made requests, such as be careful of the hanging light. Everything was done right.
