They showed up on time they did not follow procedure on wrapping my pictures carrying multiple pictures into hands well they banged into each other. Missing one big box of towels all good towels a whole cabinet full probably cost me close to $500 box is missing. Bed against wall end tables one no space the other 3 feet. The moving team was excellent, efficient. and totally professional. I would recommend the team headed by Wesley without question. Terrance, Vilnet, and Wesley worked in sync and took care of everything as if it were their own.

Began 1.5 hrs late due to confusion as to which truck would be assigned to my crew. Was told the move was almost rescheduled and initially the delay was wrongly blamed on traffic. Due to the truck swap, they did not have the correct tools onboard. My father was forced to literally break my bedframe apart since the team did not have the correct tools (at no fault to them).
