Toney and Danny did a great job! They were very careful, very courteous, hard working, and funny! Not only did they move everything carefully and put everything exactly where we wanted it, but it was fun to spend the morning with them! The only downside was the 20 pages of paperwork from the office that I had to figure out and sign; you should streamline that so it's only a couple of pages.

Toney has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for more than a decade now so we find that if he can't do it then it can't (shouldn't) be done. As for the paperwork, we are in Florida and the legal requirements to run a licensed, bonded, and insured moving company that is in good standing seems to involve a lot of paperwork to make sure everything is accounted for. We do our best to streamline this by sending it via email for review upon booking your move. We have also made a move to paperless which should help as well. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out and we are glad everything went smoothly on your moving day.

All three men involved, two on truck were great! The one in office explained exactly what they would do, all charges I would incur, time needed etc. No surprises, everything thing was great. Would use them again!

I have moved 33 times. This was the worst experience ever. You force customers to sign off on arrival and then you charge as many hours as you choose to. I paid for 3 movers and only the less person worked with any speed. The 2 were obviously in training. I asked for a supervisor and he came to help with another person. That made no difference. Obviously the plan was to charge 9 hours.

We were disappointed to see that mattresses and box springs were slid rather than carried, resulting in grease marks that needed to be cleaned. There were also quite a few scratches on the wood risers of the stairs in the house we were leaving and a noticeable dent in the wood floor at the top of the stairs. One of the three men kept complaining about the job and how much he wanted to quit.

Stressful Nightmare. Arrived with only 1 mover instead of 3. Most of the loading was done by 2 movers. SLOW. Trips to truck showed no 1 packing truck. Furniture spread out in my bldg on 2 floors. No organization: loaded so haphazardly that unloading, boxes blocked furniture unload. No tools for bed. No mattress cover. Damage to lamp and bed frame, headboard. Will never use again or recommend.

Professional and polite. Great interactions and hard workers. I never write reviews but I'll make an exception for two men and a truck lol. I would like to persuade anyone who can't move their stuff on their own to utilize this service. Shout-out to Norman and Robert you guys are a great team.
