On time arrival. Hard working crew despite very hot day.
Two men of the crew very experienced , another not so much. Unfortunately, damage to leather sofa resulted, but they have taken it for repair.

When I phoned, the office person was fine and kept me informed of each step and I felt comfortable hiring them. However, the result of my move is terrible. There is a broken off leg on a favorite table, a large scratch on another table, two valuable antique wicker chairs have the paint chipped off, and an expensive bowl is broken. Not to mention, I am handicapped and the boxes were stacked well above my head, no aisles were made for me to walk with my walker, and windows and doors were blocked with boxes. I have hired movers at least six times in my life and have never had anything broken or damaged before this. I cannot give any recommendation for them!!!!

I should have hired the other company I called. Their flat fee was $125 lower. But more importantly, the crew of 3 men you sent were the clumbsiest movers I have ever seen. Their movements were lazy and furniture was bumped during loading & unloading. I realize the FL heat was terrible, I know the household goods were heavy. But instead of using teamwork to lift heavy things to best protect them, they just manhandled everything. Their communication wqs pretty good & they did everything I asked, which I appreciate because that's what I needed - HELP. One young man named Tre had a pleasant attitude. Regardless of their performance, I tipped each of the 3 men enough cash to buy lunch. Also, a supervisor showed up for evaluation purposes & I told him about the sloppy work.

They pack the truck efficiently professionally tight where I made a nine and a half hour trip and nothing moved around the only thing I have question about is why the top of my BBQ Grill didn't make it with me I had a Weber grill and the top did not make it other than that I was pleased my unpacking was very organized

I was very happy with the experience. The main issue that I had was that my bed was not put together correctly. At 2am I had to pull my mattress off and fix the very BASIC frame. I also ended up with a broken lamp. However, the men that helped me move were polite and did a great job overall. I felt that the service was overpriced for the amount that I had to move, but it was short notice so I was willing to pay the price. Also, the men that moved me arrived at the destination 25 minutes after I had arrived there - leaving at the same time. I feel that I shouldn’t have been charged for the lunch break. Regardless, I was happy to find a moving company on short notice and they did a decent job.

The guys were in no hurry, they moved slow, and the work was being done by mostly one fellow. They broke a piece of my granite the very first thing, then had me sign a form saying it was my fault not theirs. Then after taking almost an hour longer than it should have, I go a few days later to check my items delivered, and there is a major piece missing. A cabinet with granite on top of it. Gone, not there. Don't know where they put it, but its not with my stuff! Where is my cabinet? Very upset. Called the office this AM and left a message and did not get a return call. Very upset again! I see trouble in my future. This is the 3rd of 4th time I have used 2 men. Should have received better service. If this is not resolved I will never use them again, nor will any of my friends.

All went well with move out. They finished much faster than I expected. The move in not so much. We were bringing items from my mom’s apt to my home and garage. Things were not placed in garage tightly enough and switching around just a few pieces could have given much more spare space. They shoukd have been able to see that easily without supervision. Also at some point while bringing items in the key in my double kick front door was knocked and broken off. The lock no longer works like it used to because of the damage to the cylinder. They said someone from the office would contact me but it’s been a week and I have heard nothing. We have used your company for all our moves and this is very disappointing. Accidents happen, but follow up and fixing things is key to good service.

Paint in our new home was chipped off the wall, 3 items were damaged and the pace of movers was very slow. I paid a premium to use you and was very disappointed.

I moved most of the items myself but needed help with some larger items. I'll need to repaint some door trim that was just painted, but the couch that was moved was a large/ heavy piece of furniture, and I probably would have done the same thing to the door trim. Overall very good and I appreciated the help.
