scratched refrigerator and not covered for move. TV not working now black screen. They fumbled around like they had never done this type of move before. They brought a huge truck to move 7 pieces of furniture. Recommened by Thrive at Beach Walk .Never again. Need call to check status of TV for possible replacement

Had a few nicks in the furniture, and a broken glass top in our cocktail table

The moving team was great! 4 pieces got an oily substance on it and it took three weeks for them to decide to fix them after telling us to go shopping for replacements since they were unrepairable! Another 10 days to repair. We moved into our new place Aug 30th and today September 9th is when we finally got our pieces back! Apparently the oily substance was on the floor of the pods they stored our furniture in. Very disappointed in Two Men and a truck!

Everyone we spoke with was kind an courteous, our delivery team was GREAT! On moving my things, the equipment made my mom's carpet dirty NBD. She had an estimate of $75 for carpet cleaning and was refused payment. She even supplied pictures. Will give bad reviews, not because of team members, but management not standing behind their workers

Every member of the office staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and understood.
The moving crew, however, was not professional in loading the truck and left some of my belongings behind, telling me there was "no room". Upon arriving at destination, my items were stacked haphazardly and some of the boxes and totes are crushed. I have 3 items that are damaged (that I know of) and I am still waiting to have that situation addressed.
The second crew that showed up to bring my items that were left behind were extremely apologetic and professional in every way.I am grateful to the wonderful office staff for arranging the second delivery of my property that was left behind by the first crew....
I am now patiently waiting for the damage claim to be resolved. Thank You

When I called to inquire about renting 2 Men and A Truck, Leddy was very professional and helpful. There was a slight hiccup with the location of the pick up, but fortunately they caught it before they departed. When the 2 men showed up, they were professional, courteous and very attentive to detail and made sure all of our big pieces were thoroughly wrapped. Upon arrival of our new home, they were careful not to damage anything. A few nicks here and there, but they had to maneuver corners and stairs, so they were fine. We would definitely use them again and recommend them at any time. Price wise, they were a little under their initial quote, which made my husband happy, but even the initial quote was a fair price and consistent.

Didn’t send enough men to pack on first day, how do you give an estimate over the phone. Never saw that before
Took too long to load truck resulting in paying a $150 penalty to my former HOA
Charged $800 dollars for an extra months storage when I moved 5 days later... very unfair
They decided to come to my new hotel me without my ok. They said they couldn’t reach me by phone.. that is true.... my phone was turned off due to the move. THEY NEVER THOUGHT TO TRY EMAILING ME,, and then tried to charge me for it.
Damaged a piece of furniture, did a nice job on the fix.
It cost me over $500 to repair items damaged in the move over and above the piece of furniture

I am still waiting to hear from someone regarding the numerous damage due to negligence..........Needless to say, would not recommend

The damage caused upon delivery was unbelievable!!!

I had to hire one handy man to fix the walls up. I second is going to come to repair the crown mouldings. My new dining room table from MACYS just delivered and never used has a noticeable dent which is upsetting I have a photo of that dent.
I am saying over all poor because this was very littl furniture to move
All of it was through a double door exit. I don’t know how my table got dented I thought they packed it I was not watching only I KNOW it was not there before! I can send the photo
I tried some luquid gold on it hoping it would go away
I am heartbroken
It was a wedding anniversary gift and took me forever to pay off. :(

We found numerous instances of HORRIFIC PACKING,ie cleaning supplies packed with paper products, expensive tools piled on each other in bins, important tax papers in boxes below other boxes on the lanai in rainy season, items in trash cans with bags in them full off electric cords that we found a few days later, crushed boxes, printer and office equipment packed on their sides ; just a few of the problems we found after the gentlemen left. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
