My overall experience with the company has been good as the movers worked hard, had positive attitudes, and took great care of the items. However, the pricing could have been better.

Was pleasantly surprised by the moving experience. We used the packing service on the first day and moving services the next. All work was done professionally and we were kept informed during the whole process. There were no surprises on the price as all charges were explained in advance.

Our entire experience from my initial phone call for an estimate & availability to date changes, etc. were met with very friendly, on-the-ball associates with all answers to my questions. Each associate helped me; never had to wait for callback! I received detailed confirmation emails including the initial estimate & date to approximate cost & rates that laid everything out so I didn’t have to wonder about other details which to me is huge! That efficiency saves so much time & worry. Our move team was awesome! Again, very friendly & professional. They completed the move on time & arrived with our large new couch shrink-wrapped as promised & worked hard to maneuver through our condos many narrow doors...top ratings to you all! I will definitely use again & refer too.. thx , Julie

My husband and I are in our 80's and this hopefully will be our final move and decided to move into independent living housing. The moving team was very respectful and did everything we asked them to do with a smile. They were a terrific team.

I could use a little help with something. One item didn't fit thru the main door and it is In the wrong room I will pay you if you could move it to the right room. I forgot that there is a back door which opens wider.

As stated above, I was totally pleased. The men were clean, efficient, polite and quiet. The worked fast and protected my furniture very well. I would recommend them and use them again myself. Because of them, I am pretty sure I saved money since they did the job quickly and effectively decreased the time I was being billed for.
