From Riley in the office to the actual movers the experience was stress free. Riley totally put me at ease from the beginning to the followup calls. She was wonderful!!
The three movers were amazing!!!. Quin, Hudson & Bryant were hard workers who moved quickly but carefully with all my items. The were each professional & kind throughout the move. Thank you to all at 2 Men & a truck!!!!

The 3 movers, who packed & moved our belongings, each introduced themselves to both myself & my husband and shook our hands - such a refreshing change these days! They were professional yet personable, neatly dressed & well groomed, and were polite at all times - yes ma’am, yes sir, etc. They were very organized and went right to work, working well as a team. They’ve obviously been well trained!

The movers arrived at the wrong address. They did arrive to the correct address within 10 minutes.
Instead of bringing the truck, they brought their van. They had to make 2 separate trips to move everything. The office did waive 30 minutes of time. I recommend a staff member go to the home before the move to decide which truck the move would need.

Rose, thank you for the feedback and review. Generally, for local moves, we don't send someone on site before hand. We get an inventory list over the phone during booking to be able to estimate what's needed, but sometimes items are added later or we miss asking certain key questions. We do apologize for the confusion and are glad we could quickly rectify it and finish your move for you.

I am very happy with Two Men and a Truck. When I scheduled the appointment, the representative was very helpful and informative. On the day of the delivery, the driver kept in touch and let us know they were coming. The moving team was very professional and helpful. I will use them again in the future and I would recommend to anyone who needs help with moving.
