20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, they called to cancel. I had to hire labor at my own expense. They provided a truck and one driver 2 hours later. The truck leaked antifreeze all over the parking lot and almost didn’t make it to the 2nd location. A complete catastrophe that cost me hundreds more than expected.

The movers were very good and professional. They called when they were going to be late to find out if I wanted to continue or to reschedule. When the guys did get to our place they were very professional and apologized for being late but they got the job done quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

After using several times before, my expectations were high. Items broken & damaged due to VERY poor packing and handling. Missing items from storage. Excessive charges without justification. Very disappointed based on previous level of service.

Kevin Arango and Sam Lokas were the two gentleman who moved us were amazing, fantastic and all around helpful and prompt. They were timely and well mannered. Very careful with out items and nothing was damaged. Very professional and kudos to them for providing such excellent service. They truly were wonderful forward facing and you should be proud to have them on your team. If there is a bonus or incentive they should absolutely be rewarded for their excellence.
