Michael in the office was professional and helpful. Jonathan, the lead mover, was great; efficient, professional, and friendly. His team of two, Brandon and Dillon, were quick, efficient, and got the job done under time - all you could ask for. My only problem with the moving experience was - the move was scheduled for between 1-4pm. They showed at 4pm. This made things very difficult.

I paid $300 to have 4 items moved about 4 miles and my 50” screen tv was broken upon arrival. The whole tv screen was cracked, yet one of the movers tried to get move it into my home anyway. It did not appear the tv had been wrapped or secured during transit. They also damaged my flooring moving a chair in. It has been close to a month and I am still trying to get the issue resolved.

I appreciate the call and prompt arrival of the Packers. They handled my belongings with care. On moving day they arrived on time, loaded up the truck efficiently then carried everything up all 4 floors to my condo. Thank you for making my move stress free!
