This was the 2nd time we used you. 2 andamp; 1/2 years ago you were excellent. This move your movers looked tired. Not very pleasant attitudes. Didn't follow directions. I asked them to move things in a certain order and place. They did not. Cost me extra time hence money. Did not fasten certain furniture together when at the new house.

After exhausting options to move my aging motherandacirc;??s furniture from her assisted living apartment, I was referred to Two Men and a Truck. When I called them with only two days before I needed to get my mom moved, they were able to do the job, they were kind curteus and very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them! Movers did great. A few mishaps, but nothing too major. Confusion with packing items that werenandacirc;??t meant to be pack.

I'm so glad I took my friend's advice and called Two Men And A Truck for my move. Instead of making me wait for hours, they were actually early to arrive and they had no problem moving my bike which I completely forgot to tell the office about. I will absolutely use them again.

To be honest, I rarely fill out surveys because I donandamp;acirc;€™t know if the info really ever goes anywhere. However this is must. Out of everything I was beyond impressed with the movers! I need you to know I have never received such a high level of customer service as I did with my two guys. They were AMAZING. If possible, I would request these specific guys! They were the pinnacle of professionalism and positively represented your company in every way. You have officially earned a lifetime customer. I was blown away by how thorough and considerate they were. They did everything in their power to make my move a quick and hassle free experience.
