I had very little to move, just a bed, dresser & a few boxes. When we got to the new location it took them forever to put a simple metal bed frame together. Four days later I had a new headboard with frame delivered & the installers said my metal bed frame was so bent they didn’t recommend using it with any other bed. I was disappointed to say the least.

The men who worked on my job were amazing!They really worked hard but the job was way too big for just three guys and one truck. I mentioned my concerns with the office after the pre moving paperwork was sent to me.I was assured then that they had assigned plenty of men and a big enough truck to my job.Unfortunately the men had to go back for the rest of my belongings and they were here two hours later then expected.Because the job was so big a few of my things were damaged.The brand new floor got chipped,tv scratched,chair legs broken and chipped on wood.I paid extra for the protection plan and three days later haven’t heard a thing from the office.I would like my things to be fixed or I would like to be reimbursed for the damages. Please contact me ASAP

my husband and son did most of the moving
they took forever to pack things up what should have taken four hours took 8 problably caused they charged by the hour
i called office to tell them i was over charged left a message no one returned my call
it was raining and they kept moving the truck where more and more water went in the truck and my furniture got soaked especially my sons bed

I have to say one of my wicker dinning table chairs looked as if a fist had been put through the back along with a couple dishes that can not be replaced were broke and I was very disappointed that I had to get a truck and move the rest of my stuff on Sunday the 21st. I had paid for the luxury of not having to do the move on my own. I am very disappointed that I paid to have some of my furniture ruined.

The movers were quick, efficient, and caring with my furniture and belongings. HOWEVER! Deep scratches were made in the brand new wood laminate floor of my new apartment, and management there will not ignore the damage. I did not notice this at first, but on reflection, the guys must have known as their demeanor completely changed as they finished. And they did not report the damage as expected of responsible movers with pride in their work. How do I submit aa claim for the repair of the damage?

What the sales team said could happen to meet my needs did NOT happen.a the move scheduled for one day took 2days. I had to delay my return which cost me in airline fees and car rental extension. Which totaled an expense of $350. One of the team caused the elevator to break down which cost $400 for repair. One of my end tables is missing valued at $100-125. Both days the crew did not show up until 1030 & 1045. Two of my movers Sam and Santie(?) Were amazing. They worked their butts off trying to get this job completed. It was a failure on the sales team and management of the dispatch that effected the outcome of this move. I will not use this service again nor recommend them.

The loading team was ok. They damaged my house I moved from and the one I moved to. In the beginning they were making good time, but as things progressed they slowed down which prolonged the move. I filed a claim for the damage on my new home.

The ceiling fans were never delivered and then after a phone call, they were returned. However, the globe for one of the fans was ,issuing. After 3 calls, someone finally called me back and said they would look for it. It’s been another 3 days and no one got back to me. The globe was expensive and I’m still waiting to hear back from someone.

I had a sofa bed not tied securely and it opened when the men were lifting it off the truck. The frame is bent and will not open. A repairman was suppose to call me and has not. I recommend tying a sofa bed with something stronger than shrink wrap and taking the mattress off before moving it. I want my sofa bed to open and close properly.

Had moved before with same amount of furniture minus boxes. Took between 3 and 4 hrs. Added three additional pieces since last move. This time movers showed up at 8:45AM and finished at new location at 8:30 PM. They dropped my fridge and bent the back plus few additional scratches, dropped washer - no damage few scratches, broke the glass in the patio table, marked up doorjamb and wall moving sleeper sofa out of second bedroom . Movers acted as though they had limited moving experience and one couldn't do any heavy lifting. They went around the house in no order moved a piece here and there and a box or two. Called the Oldsmar office to discuss problems, never received call back. Finally called late in the afternoon, manager said oh I was just getting ready to call. NO RESOLUTION
