Smith & Smith with Two Men and a Truck moved my entire first floor apartment, including a gigantic sleeper sofa, unbelievably heavy antique cart table, huge bookshelves, and a handmade king-size headboard to the third floor at my new place without a single scratch or complaint. This was my first time hiring a moving company and they were so friendly and hardworking that my stress about the move completely disappeared. Their work was quick, efficient, and nothing was broken! Thank you so much for making my move possible and enjoyable.

We have used Two Men and a Truck several times and have always been very happy. They show up on time, work quickly, and are very careful. We will use again next time we need moving help.

The service was generally first class. The team got 5 stars for loading from our storage unit in FL and then offloading into our new apartment in NC. They took the remainder of our belongings to a storage unit. I was unable to be there to supervise. It appeared they quickly threw the stuff in to get on the road quickly. I had to remove and repack the next day. This dropped the overall rating by one star.

Wonderful works did there job with excellent service, polite and respectful and hard working.

Office staff needs better communication with driving staff. Our moving guys didn’t have an address for our beginning moving location and consequently went to the wrong assisted living facility, so they arrived late to meet me. My movers also arrived an hour later than me at another destination point. They said it was a lunch stop, I told them I wouldn’t pay for that. They were agreeable and removed 45 minutes off the time. They had good attitudes and a good work ethic when they were working.
