Overall the movers did very good. I gave it a "good" rating because I did find a remote control on the ground and a few scratches on my new chairs because they were not wrapped. I don't expect ANY scratches when moving so overall they were courteous, respectful and courteous. I would use them again.

We are waiting to hear back from your office. We are missing the electrical pieces to our tempur-pedic bed. My husband did speak to someone and they were going to call us back after speaking with the driver. We look forward to hearing from someone.

Our team was incredible! Professional, personable, careful & very fast. I was amazed how quickly they got everything loaded, moved & unloaded. We had a few loose ends in packing which didn't throw them at all. They took care of anything that needed a bit of extra attention.
