Promised pickup was between 1:00 and 4:00. I hadn't received any phone call updates until I started calling at 3:00. I was told there was a crew in Pinellas Park and I would be next. At 4:00 I called again and was told the crew was in Tarpon Springs and was still unloading, it would be another hour there and then my stop - most likely around 7PM.
After several calls back and forth, a crew picked up my furniture around 6:30 and delivered to my new location by 7:00. I was told by the person on the phone that the crew wouldn't have any paperwork, but they the office would call or email me on Friday with the bill. I have yet to receive a bill or an apology for the 3 hour late service. For my inconvenience, a discount should be applied to my bill.

A bit of miscommunication in the beginning; I was to meet truck at stg. unit andamp; 2 trucks at the house. Only 2 trucks were used and they showed up at the house. We were unable to inspect our furniture, belongings as they were loaded in warehouses and we pray they will be fine. Our formal dining table had 2 broken legs but we believe they will be fixable as wood was not broken. Table had been moved over 15 years ago w/o issue; perhaps the 2 that moved it held it by those 2 legs and the table is very heavy. I trust that it will be fixed in the next week or so. Chet and Hosea were phenomenal and dedicated; all the movers andamp; staff were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Only problem i have is that i am missing my sons shoes that were in white trash bag. I think they are on the truck.

Frictionless move: from the responsiveness of the office team to timeliness of the movers, excellent service throughout. The professionalism ans attitude of the movers were exemplary. They finished the job early, which led to a smaller than expected invoice...and a larger and well-deserved tip.

As this was the 1st time we used movers, the one major thing was that they,your men supposedly could not move one of my pieces, A. they did not come prepared ( missing piece to his screw gun) ( we had one but my husband had it at new home) and B. 1/2 our age and could not figure out how to get it out. Basically I mentioned they could take middle bed portion out, to make it lighter to move in 2 pieces. My husband and I moved it ourselves into that house and had to move it again to new house and had no problem. It took 5 minutes to unscrew. So for the amount of $$ spent, not happy. I had back surgery and reason being I hired you folks. Now my back is a mess! Will not refer. Also one mover had a bunch of keys on him and notice they kept hitting my furniture as they moved the items.

I have used Two Men and a Truck four times for various moves. Their service is always excellent and this time was no exception. The movers this time were exceptionally great. They were courteous, polite, and professional. They took especially good care of our things and were careful not to scratch or ding our walls and floors. I will definitely be calling them again for our next move.
