The two movers were very professional and personable . They did a great job!

Both Sam and Lam displayed a true professionalism. They went about their task in a workman-like manner, were courteous and took the extra steps and went the extra mile. I don't know what you are paying them but, in my estimation, it isn't enough!

The men did a good job but they did lose one of the screws from my bedframe. The office staff needs to know how difficult moving bedroom furniture with clothes in it when the movers need to get it upstairs.

I was so pleased with Patrick & Alonso ( I believe that was his name). I am going to request them again when my home is ready for me to move into.

Joe did an excellent job with coordinating the estimate and the move. The gentlemen that moved the lab were a HUGE help and did an excellent job. Thanks so much guys!

I scheduled my move with Alex. I had to reschedule the move twice. I have Lupus and had no help during the packing process and I threw my back out. Then my first apartment fell through. Alex was very patient and helpful. Sam and Lam helped me move. I told them my health situation and they were very helpful for me, they were very detailed and took good care of my few belongings. I don't have a bed and they made sure they got a couch out of a tricky area for me to sleep on. It was a hard move for me but everyone made it easier so I do thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was the worst experience I have have work your company. We used your service twice before with no major issues but this was the exception. They used a rental which was smaller requiring an additional trip, my tool chest was turned upside down and will not open now. My leather couch has a tear in it and I had to pay for 2.5 hrs of idle time which was a result of having to make a second trip. I am not happy. I asked for a manager to call me back to address my concerns, but I'm still waiting. This is completely unacceptable! I WILL be sharing my experience with everyone!
