we couldn’t be any happier with our move! From start to finish excellent service, professional, worked fast, courteous and very, very kind!!! My first experience of using help for my move!
It was fantastic, Kevin and Sam arrived home on time prepared with the essential elements to make the move, they were very careful with all my furniture, we stopped to leave some furniture in my new place and then we continued to the storage where they put everything with great skill and care in.
Two very educated young people who made the stress usually caused by a move dissipate completely.
Thanks to both of you and I hope the company raises your salaries !!!
Kevin and Sam are very good, they know how to do a good job, they worked very hard and at all times they treated me with education and respect

Too much furniture damage. Poor protective wrapping and preparation. Initial two guys needed help from the start. Help did come. Damage still occurred. Attitude and behavior of the men was good. Techniques need improvement. Some of my furniture is irreparably damaged to get it back to pre-move condition.

Pain free process. Promptly returned calls. Accurate estimate. Great job of communicating. called us to advise when they were coming. No surprises. Movers were courteous, professional and careful. On time. Below estimate. Nothing broken. A great experience. Highly recommended.

OMG! Our movers were so wonderful and I mean wonderful! Chet and the other guy, don't know his name, but they were the BEST! They sang, talked with us, laughed with us, took away my daughters stress, did not break one thing and our packing abilities are poor! They were fast. I can only say GREAT things about these two young men. I highly suggest giving them a raise as they are both superior to any mover I've ever seen and I've moved a lot. I'm beyond pleased with them and only wish them the best as the certainly deserve it. Love, Love, Love these two!!

Good job overall with one exception, the movers tried to fit the couch in the elevator and it wouldn't fit and had gotten scuffed in 3-4 locations. These scuffs were minor and the couch is brand new. The movers deducted ~ $150 off the bill so this is acceptable.
