everything went well and the movers had a good attitude even though they were moving difficult and heavy stone items

We were supposed to have 2 men but got 3. The estimate & end result were the same( no feather bedding) and the men were friendly & efficient.
That is what a move is supposed to be.

Your office staff and movers exceeded my expectations and clearly expressed exceptional care and respect of my property. The movers use of time allotted in pre-move arrangements and the necessary additional time to complete the move was entirely in everyone's best interest.

Used gross neglagence in handling 2 table lamps and used same gross neglagence in removing glass shelves and shelf clips in removing shelf clips rendering the curio cabinet useless.

For all this damage you sent us a check for $35.00. Not acceptable and you have still not returned our phonecall.

The entire experience was perfect. The office staff was professional and helpful. The two movers were amazing, very organized and gentle with my furniture.

Only problem was with Estimate. Was led to believe the estimate was for the COMPLETE move. It was a 2 day move. First day was packing and second was move and unpacking. That was our understanding from our estimate. At end of first day we received statement that was for that day. We had to pay separately for the second days move. The combination of the two days was much more than the estimate we received originally. Would recommend your company with a caveat that the estimate be more clear.

I couldn't have picked a better company to move me. What a great experience from the beginning to the end with your team members. The movers themselves were off the charts the best!!!!, they worked as a team, they were very professional, they were quick, cared about what they were doing, great personalities. I can go on and on. Thank you so much!

The movers did a great job. They worked quickly and wrapped the furniture to be moved from our old home and unwrapped it in our new home professionally and carefully. They were great and did a wonderful job!

I would give them 5 stars plus. They came though with all they said, even a month later. They are true to their word. Very happy with them. Carol
