We were scheduled to move at 9am. Moving team arrived at 11:30am. Team could not complete the move that day and completed it the following day at 4pm. Then I was billed for the extra time because they were late which that was not my fault. This is my second time using Two Men in a Truck and I would not recommend.

My moving team was extremely professional and quick. Everything arrived within the quoted timeframe and I could not be happier with the service. Only downside was the price! 685 bucks to move 1.5 bedroom worth of stuff less than 10 miles away. $160 transportation fee is weird since it’s assumed you all would be transporting the stuff as a moving co..

We are glad to hear that you were happy with your experience and that everything went smoothly. People often have problems with the "hidden fees" of moving companies and that is what that fee is, just not hidden. It covers things like fuel, equipment, and other items but we don't hide it and tell you at the end of the job. Instead we include it in the estimate so there is no confusion. Charles and Larry were A+. Polite, professional, punctual and hard working. They both did a phenomenal job.
Dion in the office is a horrific monster. He receives a picture of a coupon I have but gives no instructions that he needs a physical copy, which I leave at the old place. He makes the drivers wait and have me rush back to get it despite being knee deep in moving! Terrible and very rude!!

Spoke with Gino from delray beach office. all he did was defend and try to validate his point if view not acknowledging my moving experience with the company last week.
