My experience was a nightmare. The movers left behind my queen size bed room set. They wanted me to pay for their mistakes. The general manager did reach out and reimburse me $75 dollars which I think was nice of him.

But to be clear, we do have customers sign off before we leave the load that everything was loaded which you did. We offered the credit as a courtesy, but in actuality you would have paid that anyways if we moved it as you are billed actual time.</div>

My experience with two men and a truck has been excellent. Office staff and moving teams have all been excellent on both occasions that I have used this service. All have been pleasant and easy to work with. They have been available when needed even on short notice. I also feel the price has been very fair and reasonable. I am highly likely to use two men and a truck for all my future moving needs.

The two men showed up on time and did a great job of protecting the furniture. They carefully inventoried the load and put it on the truck. They did the same in reverse when they arrived at the other house and unloaded. The arranged the pieces where the wife wanted them and cleaned up the packing stuff. Very professional and courteous during the whole move. Great job

The mover was very hard working and tried their best to be careful while moving. They knew how to take the bed/dresser apart and reassembled them without problems.
