The gentlemen you sent to move our belongings were amazing. Great team. They went above and beyond in handling our things during the move. Only lost one piece of furniture during the move which I figured would happen and I am not upset about it in the least. If I ever need to move again I will come right back to your company. Thank you to the entire staff for making this move effortless.

Initially I was very happy with speed, attitude, and service, but as I have been unpacking I have found damage on a number of my belongings and furniture.

Erick was extremely helpful and responsive to my emails, answering my many questions and updating our inventory several times. The move team was friendly, worked hard to keep our items safe and tried not to mess up the walls or floor in my newly built home. They struggled for close to 30 minutes to get a very large and heavy elliptical machine into the basement, which required tricky lifting and maneuvering down two short flights of steps and one hard turn. They also didn't complain once about moving us from a third floor apartment with no elevator during the July heat wave. My only complaint was that my cedar chest and jewelry armoire had been been scratched and chipped, and our small bathroom cabinet had been broken and we weren't told. The move went terrible!!!! We felt like we hired 1 man and half a truck due to the struggles to complete the job we hired them to do! Loading was poor, damage to our new house was considerable, and they didn't put our furniture where we wanted it!

I was very pleased with the office staff. I started with emails then phone calls. They were very helpful - especially appreciated as I was 1600 miles away. Very flexible with dates - Saturday pick up - we thought overnight storage - delivery on Monday - became all done on Saturday afternoon. the two guys got a little hot/tired - slowed their pace a little - but it went well. We did have two items damaged - but the office staff called me immediately when I reported the damages and we quickly worked out an agreeable "fix". Will use again! Hopefully not for at least 2 years.

Guys were friendly and hardworking. Only one box was damaged that we’ve noticed.

Ty and his team were very attentive, professional and good spirited for working such a long day. We got them some munchkins from Dunkin and also treated them to lunch. We appreciate good, hard working people. They had to load furniture and boxes going to our apartment and also load for a large drop off of furniture and boxes to a storage unit. Our stay in our apartment is only temporary. Probably 6 months. I will be calling Two Men and a Truck in 6 months when we move into our new home. Thank you again for all that you do!

One of the guys broke a mirror - he was sincerely apologetic and the group worked to resolve the issue. I've already been contacted about repair. I completely understand that accidents happen and am impressed at the response i received.

The office staff was excellent, but the movers damaged our very expensive furniture and when I pointed out to them what had been done the driver stated that I was just being picky.

Destroyed my walls moving in. Damaged personal property extensively. Had recommended to neighbors and family thus ensuring two additional jobs for crew but have since withdrawn Jose recommendations based on all the damage to my property.
