The men that packed my house up to move, and moved all the boxes and furniture into my new house were awesome! They were fast and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so much !!!!!

I was told the truck would show up between 09-10 am, they showed up 10-15 minutes early and didn't start moving items until 0910. If I had known I was the first job I would have showed up earlier and it wouldn't have been an issue there. In my opinion, they did not move very fast ie: milked the time while moving out of the facility. I understand the elevator may have slowed them somewhat, but the move out and dumping everything in a garage vs back into the house should not have taken 3.5 hours. 1 bed, 1 dresser, 1 couch, 1 tv stand, a few chairs, few small side tables and lamps and 5-10 small boxes.

The two gentlemen were fine with moving my things. But it's about my tools that went missing, they were part of the move and when we were going through boxes we noticed that they were missing. Called the new castle location and it was overlooked by the phone staff because when I called to tell them they stated that they'd look into it. That was a week ago! No one had called me back, the staff in the office are not very professional and the movers I'm beginning to question myself cause who would misplace a person's property? It looks bad on the staff and makes me really regret using your services.

Only issue was a nick in the drywall trying to maneuver a large armoire upstairs; they wrote it up and said someone would contact me to coordinate repair.

I am happy with the move! a drawer in my dresser was accidentally dropped and the paint chipped slightly, but besides that I was very happy with everything. The two movers (I believe Dom and Deshawn? I don't remember exactly) were very nice and made good conversation :)

Overall very pleased with the moving service. The team definitely worked efficiently and continuously checked that they were meeting my needs. My only point for improvement would be the care in handling of furniture. The team used one man for some items which I feel should have had two. I know it would have slowed things down but the extra care would've been appreciated. The floor at the new property was scratched a bit and the basement wall tarp was punctured. These could have been avoided if two men had been handling the items.

Damaged my TV glass doors table. Did not secure doors prior to placing on dolly. Then when took a corner the door flew open and broke off from wood. Office Manager stated accidents happen. When Manget ordered replacement never checked with me if I would be home. Thus added steps for me to call company replacement coming from
