The service was awesome from my first phone call to paying for the move. The office staff was friendly and scheduled my move within 2 days. The movers called about 30 minutes out to let me know their arrival time, and they were right on time. They worked fast and were very careful with my items. I would highly recommend this company!

The only reason I marked "Good" on the care of my property, was that there was a chip busted out of the bottom corner of one of the large desks, so, I didn't feel like marking Excellent was appropriate there. Overall, they did a great job.

Moving team was polite, hard working, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They took great care to wrap furniture, when appropriate, to protect against dents and scratches. If I need your services in the future I hope I get these two again.

I thought the 4 men that came were all conscientious and hard workers. There was a mishap with the sofa and a hole in my basement wall and dents in the wall going down, but they told me this was going to be tight from the beginning. Also one of the workers broke a leg of a table that was already loose and was a $5 find at a donation site, so was not surprised or worried, and it was going to be junked anyway, but they told me right away. They worked hard and it was the hottest day of the summer. They told me the hole would be covered and repaired by there company and apologized over and over. I was not upset or angry, and knew it would be taken care of because of the honesty of your employees. Things happen. I called and talked to the operations manager who immediately contacted some
