The moving team of Steven, Mike, Jim, and Vince Were very respectful, polite, and professional. They made the experience as smooth as possible. Thank you.

Three of the 4 man crew were courteous and more careful in wrapping,lifting,and placing furniture. One rolled an antique cart across the sidewalk which caused a leg to snap off . It should never have been moved in this way. Also a night stand was turned upside down and the drawer is now jammed
Many cloth wraps were never used to wrap pieces and some glass pieces were broken

Excellent communication by office staff. Sleeper sofa was moved. I asked movers if they wanted to secure/ tie the mattress frame , they said they'd get it into the truck first. They never secured it and showed me upon delivery to apartment there was only one screw holding in the left side. Couldn't really dispute it but a bit disappointed they never secured the moveable mattress frame.

The office confirmed my scheduled appointment, movers called 20 minutes out, arrived "on time", movers were diligent in going room to room prepping furniture but managed to cause damage to each piece of my bedroom furniture. The smallest and lightest piece of furniture, bedroom nightstand, incurred the most severe damage due to improper wrapping.
I called business office the following day and spoke to owner/manager and was assured claim was filed and repair man would be in touch with me. I still have not received the promised phone call and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The cost of the minimal move (less than 20 miles) and three rooms of furniture was not worth the services I paid. :(

No respect for personal property. The supervisor was polite and did a good job getting his men doing their job. One young man didn't do his job well and furniture was injured. I would not recommend them.

Katrina in the office who took all my information was good, and had forwarded my concerns to a gentleman named Dave, Dave on the other hand I would not rate so highly. Dave called and left a message that he had been trying to reach me at my home unsucessfully, if he had he did not leave a message, and furthermore I am not seeing the number on my caller ID, I tried to return Dave's phone call so that I may talk with him (he had left a message for I was not in the house) When I returned the call Katrina answered the phone and said he was not in at the time and put me to his voice mail. I left a message with no return call !! Furniture damaged if not from this round from the previous which Two men and a truck did as well, they did both moves, and furniture was still wrapped from first one.

The move was good only issue I have is missing jewelry and damage bed. Spoke with a David was supposed to get back to me and never did.
Jewelry missing the night before had jewelry in my drawer along with my wedding rings. Wedding ring was still in drawer but a necklace and earrings can’t be found. I forgot to remove before it was wrapped. How could my wedding ring still be in drawer but not my earrings and necklace, because these items were not of great value but had significance meaning to me I didn’t report it, just find it strange.
Where did these items disappear?
Bed damage wasn’t aware of damage until they moved it to the new location.
If bed was damage prior to moving movers should had informed me not after the move.

The mover's were extremely courteous and professional. The only issue I saw was that they had trouble maneuvering the corner piece of a sectional couch down the stairwell and resulted in scratching the wall. The mover did however apply an additional 10% off for the scratches. Other than that, I was very happy with the move.

The guys were awesome! They were extremely efficient, and had a great attitude the entire day. They were very polite, kind, and caring!

Our move was seamless from beginning to end. The men arrived on time and were personable and friendly. They took care of our property and moved quickly. They were genuinely good human beings to work with and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone needing to move.
