There were no issues during the pickup and my stuff was transported and delivered as scheduled. However, as the stuff was unloaded at the destination, several of the boxes were found placed sideway and one was even upside down in the truck. Although it was okay in most part, some of my stuff contains liquid and should have been placed in upright position. Also, some boxes were deformed. That made me wondered how the boxes were handled during transition.

Drivers are always so courteous and helpful, they show care when loading up and all of our customers have been extremely pleased with the service!! Thanks so much for helping us out, we really appreciate you all!

The crew from 2 men and a truck were professional and friendly. They worked very efficiently.

Office staff was friendly and throughly explained my estimate. Moving day was a seamless experience, helpful when doing an out of state move with my daughter on one end of the move and I am at the other. They packed her up quickly and everything arrived at the new location with no issues. We would use them again for future moves.

The three guys took their good old time doing anything. They started off great each moving things for me to the back porch, but then as they were wrapping the pieces for the move - two would stand around while one would tape the blanket on then two would move piece to the truck and the one would wait for them to get back and then another would wrap the next piece and so on

Lorenzo and crew were excellent. Our storage unit with 3br, 2ba worth of stuff was packed into the truck incredibly efficiently, both in time and space. I was impressed with how fast and effectively they worked. I’d definitely hire them again.
