Max and Rick were excellent! Prompt, polite, professional and absolute "masters" on how to efficiently pack a truck. No items damaged on during the packing, 800 mile trip, and unpacking. "Jared" in the office was always available, and worked smartly with us to find dates that fit our schedule.

The team was originally delayed in their arrival to my move out location. They worked swiftly and safely to get my move completed in a good amount of time. There were two things damaged but the team lead took ownership for the issue and documented the issues for resolution.

Everything was fine except the plastic bag covering the mattress was ripped and the mattress was dirty underneath the torn bag.

The movers were 3 hours late...one in particular wasted a great deal of time chatting with fellow workers and standing around...my furniture was damaged as were my walls

The movers did not move all of my furnishings, ruined an expensive large armoire by not wrapping it. Took two chunks out of it and then tried to tell me it was like that. Found a large chunk of wood in the wrapping that they put on after they ruined it. Didn't use moving blankets or wraps on things until they realized they were needed after scratching walls and items etc. They waited until last instead of first as requested, to move the larger pieces. They left all of my outdoor furniture, all of my wrapped paintings, my area rugs, TV equipment, lrg. items on the list, queen headboard, boxes etc. I had to hire other men to come. Took numerous smoking breaks & were leaving because they didn't want get stuck in traffic. They left me with a huge mess! Totally unprofessional. Horrible exp.

I had to reschedule our move and it was difficult to get ahold of the office agent to do so. The movers showed up with too small of a truck, so only about 2/3 of what we needed moved got moved. The office didn’t make it clear that they would attempt to size a truck based on a rough and hasty phone assessment of what needed moving (i thought they just needed to know what and how many larger items there were, for making crew determinations). One of the crew was sick to his stomach and kept knocking our belongings into walls. He was personable but it was an unprofessional experience. The other 2 in the crew were great. Overall it was affordable but I’d rather have spent more to ensure a better result. I would only recommend to others as a cheap and somewhat dodgy service.

I have had great experience with two men and a truck previously so decided to hire them again. The movers that came were very courteous but it was very apparent that they were having trouble moving our belongings and were very vocal about it. Unfortunately some of our property was damaged during the move, which I understand can happen. But overall it was not the best moving experience.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a well know company like Two Men and a Truck would offer to give $54.60 for a broken AC that originally cost over $500. Of course the AC is almost three years old but giving us $54.60 for an AC that one of the movers broke is just wrong. As if it’s not common sense to grab and have a good hold of an AC before you open the window that is holding it, that accident could have definitely been prevented. All of this on top of the fact that we got charged for the extra 30 minutes of your drivers getting lost and going in circles because the person who booked my move gave them the wrong address and sent them to Purdy Ave in the town of North Salem. This is extremely disappointing.

Not a great experience from the administration team. The movers arrived 2 hours late.We have a large house and did an over the phone inventory with the receptionist. They arrived at our new house at 9pm. Finished unloading the truck at 1:30AM. The office manager called us at 9pm and said he was going to keep our stuff in storage. He said his men had customers to take care of the next day. Aren’t I a customer? Thank God for the workers. They rallied together (as did my family) and we all unloaded the truck. The beds were put together, some things were broken due to haste and fatigue. The original estimate I received over the phone was increased by over 25%. I expected a more satisfying experience. I have dings and dents in both houses, rugs that aren’t down and an unassembled pool table.

Movers need to owe up when they damage something ( walls and piano in my case). These things happen with a move, but don’t hide it when it does. Leaves a negative impact on overall experience.
