The people who packed for me need more training - the items they wrapped poorly (like wrapping glass in plastic bags or putting a bunch of cosmetics in plastic and tying it closed) - that’s not the proper way to pack for someone. I paid a lot to have this packed AND wanted this assistance because I couldn’t do it myself - it caused me more anxiety waiting to find out what was broken.
