Nice guys.Have a few scratches, chips that need to be touched up.
Scratch on dining room floor of the rental I moved from,however, the landlord did not deduct this from my security deposit.
Will talk to Ben for the touch ups.

Dave, Jerry and Rob won me over immediately by looking me in the eye when they each shook my hand and introduced themselves. I was with them for a long day including 6 locations to load and unload. Their courtesy, efficiency and cooperation were outstanding. A mis-communication left us wondering what to do with a piano that couldn't be moved to the planned location. Again, the men handled the "plan B" with courtesy and efficiency until we sorted it out. (Next time perhaps the front office might mention that the men could not move a piano up or down a flight of stairs.) We discovered we left an exercise bike behind so the guys went back for it. Outstanding customer service! It wasn't their fault! I will be recommending TMAAT to all who ask. Karen

We just had a monumental move that required 2 large trucks and 5 movers. They were professional and did a great job. The move took 12 hours and all were exhausted, but they did not complain once. I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to use them again.

There was confusion about exactly what services were available. I thought I would receive box packing help but i did not. My original moving time was in the morning, i was called asking if I could switch to noon, i said I could if necessary but would prefer to keep morning appointment. I was told an attempt to keep the morning would be made and I'd receive an email with the final scheduled time. I received no additional email except my original morning appointment. I called after 1 hour after my scheduled time to discover I had been rescheduled to the afternoon rather than the noontime mentioned in the phone call. Moving wasn't finished until after 6
The team of movers was excellent. I mentioned my appointment confusion, and was told they would have preferred the morning timing also.

The two men that moved me were on time, very nice and very cautious with my things. They worked very hard and nothing was broken or damaged. Thank you very much for helping with my move.
