The moving team were very courteous and patient with a job that was larger than we originally thought. They handled everything well, wrapped all our belongings well, and were very professional throughout the day. Much appreciated!

The team of movers were great with the exception that there is damage to our furniture.
The team that came out with friendly and courteous. I don’t think the damage was intentional however, we paid for insurance which didn’t cover the non-functional damage, which I wasn’t aware off.
Our brand new bed frame now has a large chunk of wood out of it, my dresser’s leg is bent from straight down to diagonal and our very nice tv has a scratches and scoffs all over the back and sides of it.
I would have recommended them again had the manager handled the situation better. When it was brought up over the phone that there was damage, we were told he was too busy to talk to us about it and he would call us back. Instead, we got an email stating we weren’t covered and that was all he could do.

firstly, they called to say one time to expect them and were on time, both were pleasant and they secured items as best as possible. Both really worked as a team which i loved also. Finally, i have to make mention of Marilyn, she was very courteous so no matter what the price, i would still be enthralled as she made me feel, i was getting only the best

The movers that Two Men and a Truck sent to help with my move were absolutely stellar. Kevin, Mike, and Ethan were fast yet careful, and thoroughly professional. Before my move, Steve in the office was extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job with follow up and communication leading up to the move. I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone I know that needs help with a move. A++++++ Absolutely fantastic.

The biggest negative was the fact that we called the day before the move to tell us they had to cancel the move another day. Although they ended up coming through in the end the process of confirming the move was incredibly stressful and the follow up with me was poor at best.

We have moved several times. In all the times we have moved, we have never been as pleased as we were using two men and a truck. The best part? Rob and Nigel. They were curtious, efficient, polite, and by being that, made our move so much less stressful.
We wouldn’t even consider using another company again! We would also request Rob and Nigel if they were available!

My family needed assistance moving several pieces of furniture to new locations, and we just couldn't do it ourselves. Calling the office, I was provided a clear review of the process, and the office staff was courteous and happy to assist me. The movers showed up with a positive attitude and worked diligently to make sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this service to anyone, no matter the job.
