I appreciated how promptly the claims manager dealt with a damage claim and some missing clips for a piece of furniture.
I received replacement clips 3 days after I raised the issue. Very impressive.

The quote was more than low/inadequate and cost the moving team in hours...they were worn out! When I called stating another quote was much higher, and specifically asked if they should send someone to give an onsite quote, I was told not necessary. The crew lead had to call the office for support, compromising everyone's schedules including mine. In addition, my location does not support sprint, and I had to provide my card number on the signed contract. I have never received a receipt even though I have asked for it twice. In addition, boxes were jammed onto the truck trying to make room, and every wardrobe box we had was damaged beyond saving. All garments were severely wrinkled. Drawers on my end table were busted. Trim on my teak dresser was broken off.

The three people that arrived were courteous and very efficient. We were done in less then 5 hours.

The three gentlemen sent to assist with my move were courteous, professional and efficient. The had to move in adverse weather conditions but never once lost focus on the task at hand. They did an EXCELLENT job!

Company was very flexible in that I had to change the date three times due to delays in closing. The price for the services performed was very reasonable. We had three trucks and three crews for the move. All the movers were exceptionally friendly and courteous. There was only damage to one piece of furniture which was exceptionally heavy and difficult to move upstairs. The movers were very apologetic and the company office followed up immediately with a damage report. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again for future moves.
