The office staff is terrific. The guys who lifted and carried all the items were kind, and strong. They were very good. The only thing is that they packed my greatgrandmother's Lefton wedding china under some very heavy objects; although the box is clearly marked (Do Not Put Anything Heavy On Top of This Box). My husband and I upacked and repacked that uHaul Pod and everything was A-OK.

Emmett and Caleb were awesome! They were professional, considerate, and careful with my belongings. Also they went above and beyond when we arrived to my apartment to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. I was pretty distraught, but Emmett and Caleb patiently waited while I tracked down the building manager and had the cleaning crew clean the entire apartment.
