Estimate was done poorly and the office tried to help rectify it which put big pressure on the moving team. The moving team was excellent in spirit, helpfulness, stamina and attitude, late into the evening.

The only issue that I had was trying to reach the office. Excessive hold times. Bravo to the crew!!!

I was out of town and my wife had to handle the move all by herself - I was pretty nervous about this as I would have liked to have been present. However, her first comment to me was how professional and careful they were with all of our belongings, which gave me some peace of mind. They didn't make a single scratch or mark in our new home, and the move couldn't have gone any better. Thank you to the gentlemen that helped us during an already stressful move!

My husband and I moved on Friday July 20. I was extremely happy with my overall experience! The office staff Nikki I delt with to set up the service was very helpful, professional and sweet! I can’t say enough about my movers Willis and Josh. They were AMAZING! Punctual, organized and very efficient! I had a few heavy items coming out of a second story condo and they knock it out of the park! Everything was covered and wrapped to ensure the safest move. During the whole process it was staged and organized to keep it moving along. I was quoted 5-7 hours to complete the job and they hustled and we finished in 4! Signed up for a service that included 4 movers and 2 trucks, a ratio that would be in accordance with your company's name. the day before the move your office called and asked if it would be OK with 3 movers. On the day of the move 2 movers showed up. They were great to work with but we were a bit light staffed and it made for a very long day.
Preventable damage to a dining room table occurred when heavy items were placed on it. This sort of thing happens during a move and I am certain that repairs or replacement will be satisfactory.

As I already explained in a previous survey, you cannot rate the office staff well if you can't even get through to them on the phone! We actually had to drive to another town in order to speak with somebody. You can't keep waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes to speak with a person!
