The crew was on time, Very efficient, and took care of the furniture. And pleasant fellows as well.

Signed up for a service that included 4 movers and 2 trucks, a ratio that would be in accordance with your company's name. the day before the move your office called and asked if it would be OK with 3 movers. On the day of the move 2 movers showed up. They were great to work with but we were a bit light staffed and it made for a very long day.
Preventable damage to a dining room table occurred when heavy items were placed on it. This sort of thing happens during a move and I am certain that repairs or replacement will be satisfactory.

As I already explained in a previous survey, you cannot rate the office staff well if you can't even get through to them on the phone! We actually had to drive to another town in order to speak with somebody. You can't keep waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes to speak with a person!

A total delight. The two movers (Ben and Liam) were very nice, friendly, courteous and efficient. There were no problems at all. I sent a more extensive email to the local office which was far more specific. I've used your services 3-times in the past), and although I've never experienced problems, this move was the best move yet. You hire good people, and I appreciate it!

Liam and Ben arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They were quick and efficient with moving our items back into our house. They were careful of the newly refinished hardwood floors.

Your service was excellent. The only thing I would recommend is having the office staff carefully read through office emails. I sent one thanking them for arranging a move on x date for me fully expecting that was the move date. However, it was an estimate that had come through, not a confirmation. So I was ready to move on a day that wasn't confirmed! I called the office two days before the move thank God or it would have been a mess. So my suggestion is slow down a little and carefully read through these things to avoid pretty serious communication errors. Otherwise, great people and fast, effective move. :)

My two movers arrived on time, were polite, courteous , excellent at comprehending the specific requirements of various pieces of furniture, and were careful at both houses. I plan to use them again soon to retrieve pieces of furniture that went elsewhere to be refinished!

The guys showed up and they were so nice and had a great attitude. They were nice to talk to and moved more than what we previously asked them to without complaining. I was nervous about going with 2 men and a truck because the price was less than everyone else but I am so glad I did.
