Sorry for the delayed response to the survey. Kevin and Holten were great and worked very efficiently. They managed to move a very large, difficult couch through a couple small doorways. The only negative I have from the whole experience was after further inspection of furniture, there were some new small scratches on a few pieces. Considering our move was only half a mile down the street, maybe things weren't packed as tight as they would have been for a longer move. I do feel they took great care in wrapping all the furniture though! Overall I loved these guys and they did an awesome job!! Ryan was extremely professional as well, with a follow-up call to check everything went well after the move. Thank you 2 Men and a Truck for making Moving Day and enjoyable experience!

I was very impressed with both gentlemen who helped with my move. They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They had great attitudes. They took very good care of my furniture by wrapping everything!

Guys who helped did a good job. Felt they were initially overwhelmed as what they were given was only 31 items to move but they stuck with it and got the job done. However if we hadnt brought several pickup loads and used 2-3 cars would have been much longer. Would be more beneficial if someone came to your house to look and give estimate rather than doing over the phone. We went over the top estimate, luckily not by much or would have been more unhappy.

The movers were awesome! They were extremely helpful, fast, and friendly. It was super easy to receive a quote for our move, and the staff were very helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and recommend this moving company to anyone!

I appreciated the call prior to moving date to verify. And call day of, letting me know they were on their way.

The drivers were 2 hours late. Only after I called the office was I told they had a two hour meeting the morning of the move. Really, didn’t the person scheduling the move know that this meeting was on their agenda? Couldn’t somebody call me rather than having me wait for them?
The other issue was that they were mowing one small item at a time & not even using a dolly down the hallway in the storage unit. Not real time efficient.

The team was very friendly but not as fast as I'd hoped. But my items were moved with care. There's opportunity to improve efficiency. Overall rate the whole thing a 7/10.

Even though I have used your company before, the two gentlemen on this last move were excellent. They never stopped working the entire time during my move and even ran back and forth going to get the items to load in the truck. They finished up a lot quicker than the estimated amount of time. Would happily use them again.

Adam and Todd were great!! Worked well together and had such a positive attitude! We had so many heavy pieces and a very large treadmill and they tackled it like it was nothing! Can’t say enough about how we appreciate their outstanding service! Hopefully we won’t have to move again for a very long time but if we do, we know who to call! Thanks Adam and Todd!

The guys were very courteous, fast, and efficient. They were very careful with all our furniture despite how incredibly heavy it all was! I'll be using Two Men and a Truck for all my moves!
