The truck was scheduled to arrive on Sat at 9am, they arrived at noon. I got a call at 8:30 am to say they would be delayed, to my home between 10 & 11. The driver called at 11 to say it would be 12 noon. I asked for a discount and was given 10% off. I called the next business day Monday for an additional 10% off as the service was not a acceptable. Karen said she would look into it & get back to me by the afternoon. Have not heard back from her yet. It is now Tues night.
Chase and Michael were superb, they were professional, courteous, and worked very hard. They were frustrated with the scheduling thing as well. It seems to be an administrative glitch that I hope gets worked out. I cant recommend your company to others, at the time of this writing, I would really like to Julie Ehman

My only suggestion is when a piano is involved you definitely need 3 people.

Colton, Adam, and Frank were fantastic. They used teamwork with eachother, worked efficiently, and were more careful with my belongings than I am! Even after moving a piano into the basement on a 95 degree day, they maintained friendly, helpful attitudes. Thank you, we will certainly recommend you to others.

Chase and Adam did an awesome job even with a couple beast of furniture to move.

Wow! The team did a fantastic job moving all our big, heavy stuff despite having two guys who were obviously not feeling well. They continued to work hard until a replacement crew became available (late in the day). Throughout, everybody stayed enthusiastic and they took special care to not damage anything at our new home (there was some small damage to the wall when they were removing things at our old home). I would highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck for others that are planning a move. The experience was a great one!

The movers were great, I was disappointed that the final price was so much more than the estimate.

The overall experience was great, but I requested a quote and didn't receive a response after more than two weeks. We had to call in after the quote to finally get everything set in motion.

I was very pleased with the workers and company. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will recommend you to anyone I know that needs a moving company. It was so nice to not have to lift anything. Thank you so much
