The guys were great! Friendly and courteous. They took much care to carry the elliptical up the stairs and around a sharp corner as it was very heavy. They arrived a few minutes early and made short work of the job and were very efficient. I appreciated them. I also liked that they placed heavy padding on the railing and the banister. I was quoted one price then charged another, I was told the GM would call me the following day to discuss, this never happened. The I saw an unauthorized charge on my credit card and discussed this with Coltan was told that I would receive a $408 refund when the GM returned from FL and still have not received the refund.
The quote was for $1800 for 12 hrs at $150/hr. I was was charge $184 per hour. Colton told me they made a mistake and forgot to add the third guy in the rate. This was after the work had been completed. I should not have to fight to get my refund because the office people made a mistake.

I was very happy with with the three men that did the work, they worked very hard and did a great job.

I have to say that Two Men and a Truck are the most wonderful group of people you could ever hope to work with. The moving team was so wonderful! I had been packing until late at night after working all day for 2-1/2 months and still was not quite done when they arrived at their scheduled time. They were gracious enough to help me get it done and still left that day for an out-of-state move. The team was awesome! I appreciated them so very much! Thank you!
