The two men showed up on time. There was some confusion around the bill at the end. There was some damage done to the wall in my living room with a chaise lounge. I did not notice until they left. I asked them to please set up a bed frame and they did not do it. I personally feel for over 500.00 that two men knowing I could not set up the frame could have set it up as a courtesy. I tipped the men regardless of them not helping me with this. The bed is still on the floor. At the first home it was also set up that way from the last time I moved. I just wish they could have helped me out with this small task. Otherwise, the move went okay.

The first team of movers were arguing amongst themselves about the speed at which they were moving. The team lead found it necessary to complain to me about his team and the lack of enthusiasm and speed at which he wanted them to move. He was on the phone to his supervisor several times to complain, while in front of me. Our conference table was damaged and many of the desks were marred after the move, most likely from the first crew when packing in the truck. The move took two days and went well beyond the estimate, which created problems on our end. The second crew on day two was much better, however, our contact phone numbers were not relayed to the office by the team lead, which unnecessarily delayed the start of the move on day two, further adding to the list of problems.

The moving team started off with a positive attitude at the first furniture pick-up stop in Loveland. They were very courteous and respectful. They did damage the conference table when they flipped it upside down to remove the table base and ended up bending the electrical cover plates and snapping the rivets. They will have to be replaced. When the moving team arrived in Fort Collins at the next furniture stop, they were upset at the number of boxes that had to be moved. They said they weren't expecting that many as the estimator was apparently off on his quote. The team never did recover from that and began to complain amongst themselves about how long it was taking them to move the furniture and how one person was doing more of the work. It took another team to finish the job.

Overall very bad experience. (1) furniture was not cared for and lost a chest of drawers, two dressers, and 1-lamp. (2) not able to place a gun safe were required because they couldn't move it up 4-stairs, but the office was properly briefed on the size and weight (3) went several hours over estimate and (4) when I spoke to the office about the overage and loss of property, I never received a call back, only a small check for the damages which did not cover anything. Looking back at my experience, I would have been better off renting a U-Haul and hiring day laborers off the street.

the handling of the grandfather clock was excellent. There was breakage on one item and another item was "loose" following transport. Overall, the team was kind, caring and respectful. They truly could not have been nicer.

Patio furniture was loaded on top of my dining room furniture and caused much damage to my dining room furnitue when the load shifted. Items were not straped down enough for a long trip (700 miles). Blankets were available but few were used.

I think there has to be a huge disconnect between the overall company & the movers we experienced (not so much movers, but mover - Travis). He promised he'd be at our place at 8:00 a.m. on August 23. That was fine with us, but we did make it clear that we had to be at the closing for our property at 9:00 a.m. in Estes Park. We waited until 8:40 a.m. before he showed up. I told him we were late for the closing & had to go. The gate & the house were left open for him, each piece that was to be moved was marked & instructions were posted for him.
When we returned from the closing we found that the crew had simply driven away - like we just closed on the property & then decided not to move!!?
When he finally came back, he didn't fulfill his contract & he damaged our furnishings.

admin sent to evaluate the job and gives hours and estimate is not efficient. He didn't make sure movers follow what he promised, hence, they didn't wrap my valuables as shown in your catalogu. Broke my stuff &reporting to their supervisor didn't help. I was also over charged at the unpacking time and images of how they didn't unpack everything is with me. 3 young men wasted 10 hours not 8 in unpacking a very tiny 1 bedroom apt for a handicapped &left me without finishing their job. Time was wasted in them driving my car to go back to get tuff they forgot at old apt. The movers packed me well and I tipped them high as their supervisor was there. But in the day of moving 2 my new residence&despite tipping same 3 movers high,they broke more items, wasted time despite me paying 4 their dinner

They did not bring a large enough truck so my move was over 2 days. The second day was 8 days later. The office staff was not helpful in trying to get it done sooner. The move cost me 25% more than was estimated. I have made claims for damage and no repairs have been scheduled. I had to contact them about repairs, they had a wrong phone number but they did not even try to reach me by e-mail as they had it.
