One item has previous damage and they offered solutions to help me fix it (despite the move not being the cause). I appreciated their work.

Our moving experience was excellent. The guys were easy to communicate and work with while being professional.

Your men were so curtious and easy to work with. They are keepers for sure! A BIG complaint! Your entry in the telephone book listed your address as 1600 Riverside. I live about five minutes from that address and was willing to pay from the time your men left that location to my home. I was not informed I would be paying travel time from Loveland. MUCH bigger cost. Felt misled and cheated.

I was very pleased with the two gentlemen who moved our piano to an older lady. They were very well organized and got the move developed in good time. I gave them a tip because of superior performance. I will go to your headquarters the next time we move. Thanks for a job well done.

The moving crew was excellent, efficient and professional, and had to deal with an elevator building and an active construction site. My only complaint is that a lot of debris and sand was tracked in onto new hardwood floors, and I had to clean between each load to prevent the sand from scratching the wood. Not sure how, but if there is a way to wear booties or smoother soled shoes would help.

Our movers did an excellent job and were friendly, courteous and efficient despite having to unload our truck in the snow. They took great care with our things. We couldn't have asked for more.
