Helpful with my needs as they worked. Only short time late although we were in bad weather--SLOW driving that day.

Caleb and James were excellent. They went the extra mile to ensure our move went well. They also did it all with an excellent attitude even when faced with a few challenges in the building we moved my father into.

The movers did a great job, however, my job was quoted from 12-5, and the movers showed up at 4:10 and did not finish until 7:30. Due to 5:00 commuter traffic and the fact that the service elevator in my new building closed st 6, this absolutely added on at least an hour if not two to my job. I was extremely organized and had everything packed in boxes properly as well as my old apartment organized by boxes first then furniture. I am unhappy that the movers were so late and that I was unable to finish within the quoted time which cost me more money.

My moving men Devin & Carlos were very processional. I appreciated their punctuality. They even went that extra mile for me and wrapped my items since I had a small load. On a negative note I was not to happy when my refridgerator was being unloaded into my garage. Well the refrigerator was on the dolly they failed to strap the door closed now my door hinges came loose! I saw it happen and they did not check for damage . I would appreciate a call from a manager on this matter. Otherwise I will use two men & a truck again!
