2. Witnesses saw "cabinets and table fall off ("like a big boom").
3. Did not have enough boxes of all kinds.
4. I have copies of my emails to Karen in office specifying how many and what size mirror boxes. None were on truck and my valuable pictures and art had to be shrink wrapped or taped in blanket.
5. I was told they would remove shrink wrap from everything before leaving. They took their $100 tip but didn't take the shrink wrap.
6. Packer broke bottle of wine on carpet. Cost me to have carpet cleaned and rest of glass removed.
7. Will give them credit for speed. Not much else.
8. Had one call from Lisa Hyo Jee. Sent her some photos. She never returned calls.
9. So disappointed!
