I would have marked everything excellent except for a few things. First the office situation. I left a message confirming I would use 2 men and a truck. This was agreed upon. I did not hear back the next morning, so I called. Found out he had called in sick and was asked if I could wait till the next day. I could not I had to know whether I was going to get my the time I asked for. That was resolved. The day of the move, seems the plates were expired on the truck and the truck was ordered back to the office. How does this happen. As for the guys who moved me. When it came to the big items they were great. They forgot to bring the small items such as bolts, screws things that hold stuff together. I went back and got them, minus the other bolts for furniture they didn't tell me about.

From inception til completion, Two Men and A Truck moving company was outstanding. My 1st contact with the office was very efficient they explained everything very clearly, and followed up with me to ensure everything was ok. On the morning of the move, the team chief called and said that they be at my place in 25 min. The call was exactly on time. Caleb, the team chief was very professional. They showed up at my place in 25 min. I was introduced to the other 2 movers and they began immediately. I was totally surprised by the total amount of hustle and energy all 3 movers put into the job. They always moved at a fast pace, except when care was needed, including arranging the furniture, boxes,etc, in the truck to maximize it's utilization and when they unloaded it into my storage

The three men who moved us were all personable and friendly. They were undeterred when I found more stuff for them to fit in the truck. They worked continually and hard. Jim and I were very impressed. Thank you for sending us Caleb, Ari, and Jose. They were wonderful.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience, from the gentleman I spoke with booking to the crew that moved us. I will highly recommend two men and a truck and will suggest people request Carlo, Zac, and David. They were wonderful to work with. Moving is a very stressful life event and we were anxious going into the day and the guys did so much to make the day less stressful and go as smoothly as possible.

Men were professional, very polite. They were courteous when interacting with others. Great personalities. Would definitely use again.

Justin, Francisco, and Makenzie were very courteous and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job moving my things and being respectful of my personal items. This was the second move that I have used Two Men and A Truck and I plan on using you for any future moves. Wonderful company!

Karen (who set up the reservation) was extremely professional & knowledgeable when I called for an estimate, & provided exceptional service when I needed to make a change to the original move request. I appreciated the email confirmation each time. I received 2 confirmation calls before the move (great!), and the movers called the morning of the move to give a more precise arrival time. Amazing movers. John and Mike were professional, friendly, & courteous. They did a great job loading for the move, and delivering the furniture and boxes. They thanked my dad for his military service, which was an added bonus. The billing was accurate. I also appreciated the supervisor call during the move to ensure it was going well. I will definitely recommend 2M&AT, and use them again if I move again.
