I have regrets about choosing to hire this company. The moving team was not careful with my items; in fact, I had to tell them what to wrap and take extra care with (for example: a wooden table...should be obvious to most people), and they still managed to drop a lot of my things off the dollies and as they were loading, which resulted in damage. They also scratched my wooden floor. Worse, however, they took off with my second set of keys, including my key fob then denied having done so. The office staff promised me they would handle this and get back to me by Friday, the day after July 4; I have heard nothing. I will now have to change all locks to my apartment, mailbox, storage unit and fob. Very disappointed to not receive the service I had anticipated; terrible customer service.

The gentlemen, D'Angelo and Ray who helped in Texas were friendly, courteous, professional and caring. These two deserve kudos for all they did. Unfortunately the sofa table glass wasn't packed correctly and was shattered upon arrival. D'Angelo was proactive and handled the paperwork immediately. His demeanor was upbeat the entire time, even with the extreme heat. Ray was quiet and diligently worked. Both had positive attitudes and made the experience as pleasant as can be expected. My king size bedframe was missing a wheel, Ray went out and searched the truck, found the wheel and brought it in. Both were very thorough. These two deserve a raise, praise , acknowledgement. Thank you to these two.
