Easy set up. Great communication. Tried to convince me to save money by using a different storage company. Willing to literally go the extra mile to rural south Routt County to try take my stuff to Denver. Everything well wrapped. Team was LITERALLY running during my move. GREAT!

We had multiple items damaged or destroyed, along with damage to concrete.
The crew did a poor job of explaining liability documents, nor did they admit to damage to concrete stairs, or other personal property. Claims dept is joke. It's our opinion the moving crew does not care about the condition of your items at the end of the move.

I rate my overall move as a three. Laurie is the one who took my initial order and if it was possible to give her a 10, then I would do so.
My move team was OK, I give them a three. I feel that the dispatch manager was interfering with their move and they felt rushed. The manager called my phone more than three times asking me for updates. I feel it made them rush and then get sloppy.

Joshua was awesome! The other gentleman was very slow and inefficient. This eventually caused us to jump in and help with the moving of items.

I had to tell the crew they missed packing 3 closets. They also left a fully loaded wardrobe in a closet . My wife and I asked the team to pack three mirrors and that was never done. Two never used wardrobe boxers were left in the house and I’m sure we were charged for that. Many items were left not moved. Our charges were almost double the estimate. How does that happen? Wouldn’t recommend.
