One of the moving guys decided to scoot a chair on our hardwood floor, which scratched our floor. We called the office couldn't get ahold of anyone left our name and number and no one called us back.

Truck fees might be a bit high for small short distance intra-city transports but I was very pleased with the timely service and you team

Everyone was great! I had a lot of stuff to move and they worked really hard to get it all done. A+!

We were scheduled to have 2 trucks and 4 movers. However, we only got 1 truck and 3 movers and this was NOT enough for our job! As a result the move took way longer than expected (12 hours!!!) and it was extremely stressful. That being said, the moving team that was sent was amazing! TK and the other two movers worked very hard and had great attitudes the entire move even though it took way longer than anticipated. Around 5pm another truck was finally sent but by that time all of the movers were getting tired and we ended up telling them to just put the remaining items in our garage which we then had to move inside the house ourselves. It was not fair to the movers or us that we did not get the right equipment and staff to begin the move with so was made the experience disappointing.

Two men and a truck are a great company to use, with friendly service and courteous office staff that follow-up to ensure a successful move.

Alex, Miguel and Alvin did a fantastic job - very very friendly, courteous and very thorough (never even complained about the snow and cold). Will use these guys when we have to move out of storage to the new house....

Taylor and Brad were excellent. They had enthusiasm and were very personable and went above and beyond what we expected..

The two gentlemen who helped move me were very kind and professional. They were thoughtful and very efficient and I would recommend them to anyone. I know they worked very hard and they ensured that I was completely moved from one house to the other house. It took a great load of stress off of me and I really appreciate everything they did for me and my family.

There was a snow storm on the day we were scheduled to move. We were informed half an hour before the appointed time the the moving crew cancelled our move. The highways were plowed and there were no road closures. We were then informed that it would be another week before they would have anyone available for our move. This was unacceptable as we needed to be out of our current place, we sould have been first on the list for the day following the storm. I've let everyone know that this company left us in a lurch with no reasonable solution. I've hired another moving company to assist us with our move.
