During the move I asked them not to lift my grill by the shelf and when they did the shelf came off. I thought it would be an easy fix but it turned out to be completely broken. While unpacking things I found my fish tank was damaged and so was my bedroom set. At the end of the move when it was time to fill out the paper for damages they said it would be better if I didn’t put anything because it comes out of their pay.

Eric and Francisco were timely, courteous, cooperative and extremely hard working. You do not feel there are "strangers" in your home and it is easily observable that they are careful with your possessions.
Note to office staff: I felt when you took my credit card information, I did not need to be present to complete the transaction at the second location. This was a surprising inconvenience.

Overall excellent experience. We need to temporarily move our basement furniture for a renovation. Rusty and Ray were excellent and I would like them to have them return to complete the move once the basement renovation is completed. Larry

Cornell & Ray were excellent. They were friendly, careful, & energetic. They were especially careful moving several large pieces of furniture down a tight stairwell. They had good verbal communication with each other to ensure the walls & furniture did not get dinged.

1. Careless moving my furniture. antiques and valuables gouged, legs broken.
2. Witnesses saw "cabinets and table fall off ("like a big boom").
3. Did not have enough boxes of all kinds.
4. I have copies of my emails to Karen in office specifying how many and what size mirror boxes. None were on truck and my valuable pictures and art had to be shrink wrapped or taped in blanket.
5. I was told they would remove shrink wrap from everything before leaving. They took their $100 tip but didn't take the shrink wrap.
6. Packer broke bottle of wine on carpet. Cost me to have carpet cleaned and rest of glass removed.
7. Will give them credit for speed. Not much else.
8. Had one call from Lisa Hyo Jee. Sent her some photos. She never returned calls.

Oscar, Jesse, and Austin did a great job! They quickly got everything loaded up, despite the pouring rain, and delivered it to the new house and set up the furniture where directed and were done in no time.

Tony & Wil were very friendly, considerate & professional. I would use them again!

Bassil and Mark did a great job. They were very professional, worked extremely hard, and took great care in handling all of my furniture and other belongings. I highly recommend them!

the actual move was excellent! MAtt and team were courteous and professional. My only complaint was with dispatch. The original estimate was for a morning arrival ( approx 9 AM). Dispatch called 2 days prior to confirm and stated an afternoon start (1:00 to 3:00 PM). Then, the morning of the move, the team called at 8:45 to notify me they'd be arriving in 15 minutes. I was unprepared for the early arrival based on the previous communication by dispatch

Moises and Miguel and Lewis were fantastic... They were professional courteous and hard working. They did everything to make sure the move was seamless and it was. Thank you!
