We had an appointment for them to show up at 8:00 am. At 9:30 am we received a call saying they couldn't be there till 4:30. Never showed up at 4:30. We had to reach out and call another company to move us last minute which cost us a lot of money. we were moving because my mother had just died. The added stress your company put on us was disgusting.

After the crew was scheduled to arrive, was called and told they got busy and would not be coming!!! And, told they could not say when crews would again be available!!! Was asked if I'd like to reschedule!!! Had to get professionals to rescue the move. They did great. You should not be in this business.

Unfortunately, if an employee calls out due to illness or a family emergency there is nothing that we can do to force them into work. Once we got word of not being able to complete your scheduled move we wanted to do the best that we could by offering a significant discount along with a lower hourly rate. Unfortunately that wasn't what you needed on the day of your move and we sincerely apologize for the way that scenario unfolded. It is our goal to provide great customer service in all aspects of moving, and we clearly failed in regards to your scheduled move. I want to apologize on behalf of the company, and I wish at some point you would give us a second chance to make things right. The movers were great! They were courteous, professional, and just generally fun to have involved in this ordinarily stressful process. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Our moving experience was flawless. The movers were efficient, and moved everything from one office to the other with no problem. We had some unusual shelving that needed to be moved and without hesitation, the shelving was moved without having to disassemble. This was a real saving for everyone! Great job. Would hire again without hesitation!

On my scheduled move day your office called me and confirmed that the movers would be arriving between 3 and 5pm. No movers ever came. Your office was closed the the following day. I called on Monday and the customer service manager was rude, unapologetic, and offered no help. He refused to provide his name and has not returned my voicemails. I still can't believe you can no-show your customer and be OK with it.

From the beginning of the move the movers were inexperienced. They told me they couldn't get the table and a couch out of my old house. A whole bunch of stuff was left at old house which I paid another company to move. When we got to my new house they said they couldn't get the couch in the house they'd have to leave it outside or bring it back to the old house for a charge. They also couldn't get a dresser upstairs so they left a bedroom dresser in the living room. They broke things, the couch that they couldn't get out of the old house was able to be moved, and I paid another company to move it. They were reckless and they kept hurting each other, at one point one of them hit the other in the throat. I called the company twice and sent two emails and I have yet to receive a call back.
