It was the worst experience ever! The job was not completed, the refrigerator is still sitting at my daughter’s house. The movers slid the appliances instead of picking them up. This caused extensive damage to my daughter’s floors. When Lowe’s delivered the new appliances they picked the appliances up, they did not slide them. We want our money back! Eric and Lula

The guys moving were amazing however the truck that was dispatched was too small so they couldn’t get everything which in turn created 2 days where I had to do 10 trucks loads in my truck. Not only a lot of time lost but also ended up busted my back truck window. They where done early so had we had the right size truck would have been perfect. Also garage door got bent somehow and broke.

Kahlil was very nice and courteous. Joe was condescending at times. I am more annoyed that Laura said she didn't need dimensions of the furniture and knew they were mahogany. When Joe & Kahlil tried to lift a specific piece, it was too heavy. Then Joe basically yelled at me in front of the people I was getting the furniture from. I was promised someone would contact me to reschedule, but no call
